Add more flow to your yoga practice with this Divine combination of Yoga, Dance, Meditation, and Sound Healing to tune into the sensations in your body. I will combine the instruction with an opportunity to move organically as your own body’s wisdom guides you.
The movements and meditation in this class focus on releasing tension in the hips, lower back, lower belly, legs, and feet. In this class you will cultivate and enhance your ability to connect to your body and feel at home, safe, and secure in your own body, to your environment, and with the Earth. Affirmations: I feel grounded, stable, safe, and secure in my body.
Increase your ability to receive enjoyment and pleasure as well as your ability to create. The movements and meditation in this class focus on releasing tension in the hips, womb, and belly.
Affirmation: I give myself permission to let go of guilt, shame, and cultivate my ability to experience pleasure and passion in my body. I know how to take care of my needs, I value and respect my body.
Increase self-esteem, willpower, and self-discipline so you can choose the best for yourself as well as stand up for yourself and what you believe. The movements and meditation in this class will focus on releasing fear and tension that is stored in the abs.

Increase your ability to recognize and get in touch with the sacred and fundamental truth that runs through all of life and connects everything together. Increase your ability to create a safe and supportive environment. The movements and meditation will focus on releasing tension in the upper back and chest.
Affirmations: I am open to love and kindness. I forgive myself. I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Increase your ability to stand up for what you believe, say no when you need to, and be open and honest in what you say. Increase your ability to listen deeply to others. Movements and meditation will focus on releasing tension and blockages in the shoulders, neck, and throat.
Affirmations: I am open, clear, and honest in my communication. I nourish my spirit through creativity.
